Mediation training applicable in your everyday professional, social or domestic situations.


Mediation Skills Training not only gives you a theoretical insight, but will also give you tools and skills applicable in your everyday professional, social or domestic situations. This is a 35-hour course and places are limited for this course so early booking is advised. The full cost of the training is £300 which includes your training fee, the Mediation Skills Training Handbook, Certificate on successful completion of the course, accommodation and meals and refreshments. The course has been approved by Mediation UK and provides the first step towards competent mediator status. Completing the whole course is a requirement of certification. If you have already taken the first part of this training which was held on 2004 and 2005, you only need to participate in the last two days, at a cost of the £150.

Speakers Introduction:
It is a privilege to have Mike Morris of Peaceworks (www.peaceworks.org.uk) to facilitate this course. Mike has over 35 years of public speaking and training experience. He is experienced mediators having been called in to tackle employment, family, organizational, landlord & tenant and management conflicts. Over the past six years, he has provided training for local authority officers, teaching staff and school children, counseling services, advocacy and inclusion workers and church groups. He has also trained over 120 delegates in courses ranging from 22-35 hours.
